AI Adoption Is Not AI Strategy
Implementing AI tools and building an AI strategy are not the same thing.
Observation
Many organizations begin with questions about models, platforms, and automation. These are implementation decisions. Strategy begins earlier by defining what capabilities, decisions, and leverage the organization is actually trying to create.
Question
What becomes possible when AI is aligned with strategy rather than activity?
Implication
Organizations that treat AI as infrastructure will outperform those that treat it as a collection of tools.
